Richard Pryor & Associates is a law firm focused on providing practical,
cost-effective, information technology (“IT”) related legal services for corporations,
government agencies, small business and individuals involved in the supply or use of
IT related products and services.

Richard has been closely involved with the IT industry for over 30 years.
He developed the first computer law specialty practice in South Australia during
the early 1980s and he completed a post graduate diploma in systems analysis
in1987.

Richard adopts practical and innovative approaches to address issues, resolve problems, overcome obstacles and break deadlocks. He is committed to the demystification of the law and the use of plain and concise English. Richard strives to foster and enhance the development of a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between the parties.

The primary area of his practice involves assisting clients to plan, negotiate and
document IT related transactions. This work involves assisting both customers and
suppliers ranging from small to medium sized enterprises to public companies and
government agencies. Richard also assists parties to find workable solutions and to
minimise consequences when projects fail or become delinquent.
